Medical Inkjet Film utilizes high-quality blue polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as its substrate, a material known for its excellent mechanical strength and durability, effectively protecting the internal structure of the Medical Inkjet Film. Both sides of the Medical Inkjet Film are coated with an imaging layer and a protective layer. The imaging layer is responsible for capturing and recording X-ray images, while the protective layer provides additional protection for the imaging layer, preventing scratches and environmental influences, thereby ensuring the clarity and quality of the images.
This product is for single-use only. Personnel responsible for capturing medical images should store the Medical Inkjet Film according to the storage conditions specified in this instruction manual. Proper storage is critical to maintaining the film's quality and performance, as it ensures that the images captured will be clear and accurate, supporting correct medical diagnoses. Improper storage can compromise the film's integrity, leading to potential issues during use.
Films stored at low temperatures should be removed from storage prior to use and must be cleaned thoroughly before use. The Medical Inkjet Film's original packaging should be placed in the usage environment for more than 4 hours before use to prevent moisture condensation on the film surface, which could cause damage. Condensation can lead to the formation of water droplets, potentially affecting the film’s ability to deliver high-quality images. Handle the Medical Inkjet Film carefully, avoiding pressure, folding, twisting, and rubbing, to prevent artifacts and static marks. Artifacts can distort medical images and hinder diagnostic accuracy. Also, ensure that the film is not handled with wet hands, as moisture can negatively impact the surface and lead to image degradation.
When used in conjunction with medical printers, image issues may occur with the Medical Inkjet Film due to equipment reasons. Issues such as improper color reproduction, resolution problems, or alignment errors could arise. To resolve such problems, please contact an engineer and follow the instructions in the medical printer's manual for proper operation and handling. The printer settings, such as ink type and printing resolution, must be correctly adjusted to ensure optimal image quality when printing on the Medical Inkjet Film. Ensuring proper compatibility between the film and printer is essential for achieving high-quality medical images.
During storage, if the temperature and humidity are too high, it may cause the films to stick together and produce fog, leading to quality issues. This can impact the Medical Inkjet Film’s ability to produce clear and precise images.
